1. This machine uses abrasive sanding belts as the primary polishing medium. The belt grinds the workpiece surface through high-speed contact, effectively removing burrs, oxidation, and surface imperfections.
2. The belt assembly consists of one driving aluminum pulley and one tensioning aluminum pulley. The sanding belt is looped around both.
3. A V-belt transmission system drives the main pulley, enabling high-speed rotation of the sanding belt. The belt motor is frequency-adjustable, allowing for flexible control of belt speed according to different materials and surface finishing requirements.
4. During operation, a floating grinding head is positioned by a servo motor. A floating cylinder presses the contact roller down onto the workpiece through the sanding belt.
5. The servo motor oscillates the grinding head left and right across the workpiece width, while the main carriage moves steadily along the length of the workpiece — completing a full-surface polishing cycle.
